Any loss of the artwork that occurs in transit is a responsibility of the seller. This means that if the artwork is lost in the post, the buyer needs to report by contacting us at support@Artupia.com  30 days after the latest estimated delivery date to start our Artupia Refund Programme. If the buyer doesn’t contact us 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date, the request closes automatically, and we charge the seller.
