Once you’ve received an artwork, you have seven 7 days to decide to keep your artwork. If you decide to return it for a refund contact us at support@gmail.com, you will receive an answer in few minutes.
Artupia will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Then, you’ll have 3 days from the day you contacted us to pay the ship back costs to our Paypal account and ship out the artwork through our postage provider. The Artupia Refund Programme is NOT applicable without paying the back postage costs.

If you do not contact us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of package receipt or you do not pay the ship back costs and/or you do not ship the artwork within 3 days from our notification with the currier indicated, you will NOT be eligible for the Artupia Refund Programme.

This is the process:

Step 1 – Within 7 days of your artwork delivery date, please start the Refund Programme or email us at support@artupia.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist.

Step 3 – Pay the ship back costs to our Paypal account.

Step 3 – Go to the indicated Shipment Point and send the packaged artwork directly back to the artist.

Step 4 – Once the piece safely reaches the artist, within 3 days (without seller artwork damaged report) Artupia will process your refund and the amount owed will be refunded to your original Paypal account of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

Note: Artupia is not responsible for undelivered returns. Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns. Please note that these fees may possibly be avoided if you inform the courier that the artwork is a return—though we can’t guarantee this.
