Artupia Refund Programme ensures that buyers receive the artwork they ordered, or get their refund but is not a product warranty. Buyer’s remorse or any reason other than not receiving an artwork or receiving an artwork that isn't as described in the artwork description are covered. 

If a buyer report by contacting us at support@Artupia.com a transaction defect with a purchase within 7 days from the delivery, Artupia helps buyers and sellers to resolve issues and seller’s funds will be held by Artupia.
