When the Artupia Refund Programme starts we review the information about the artwork provided by buyer and seller, and if we can determine that the artwork has a defect, the seller can follow our Return Process within 3 days of the transaction defect decision.

If the seller follow our Return Process within our timelines and pays return postage costs, the buyer can send back within 5 days the artwork. When the seller Return Process request is concluded we refund to the buyer the full costs of the artwork and original postage via PayPal.  

If the seller doesn’t follow our Return Process within our timelines or he doesn’t pay the return postage costs, the seller request closes automatically, and we refund to the buyer the full costs of the artwork and original postage via PayPal;
