Artupia offers the Seller Return Process to simplify returns for buyers and sellers. 

After the Artupia Refund Programme starts we review the information about the artwork that the buyer and seller provide and if we can determine that the artwork has a defect, the seller can follow our Return Process within 3 days of the transaction defect decision.

If the seller follow our Return Process within our timelines and he pays return postage costs, the buyer can send back  within 5 days the artwork. When the seller Return Process request is concluded we refund to the buyer the full cost of the artwork and original postage via PayPal.  

If the seller doesn’t follow our Return Process within our timelines or he doesn’t pay the return postage costs, the seller request closes automatically, and we refund to the buyer the full cost of the artwork and original postage via PayPal.
