If your buyer is misusing returns such as:

  • returning a damaged artwork, an empty box, a different artwork, an artwork that has not been handled with reasonable care;
  • consistently purchasing artworks with the intention of not completing the transactions and receive a full or a partial refund from Artupia
  • not following the other terms of our returns policy;

please report the buyer within 3 days from your artwork delivery through support@artupia.com

We will investigate, and if we find that the buyer is breaching our condition for return, we will take action. This may include limits on buying and selling, account suspension or not refunding the buyer.
