If a buyer opens a Defect Process because the artwork is not as described on the detail page, arrives damaged, is faulty or counterfeit,  if we determinate that the artwork has a defect, the seller can follow our Return Process within 3 days of the transaction defect decision. In this case, the seller is required to pay for the return postage charges. After the return, we will refund to the buyer the total purchase price + original postage.
